Requirements: Participants must be at least 30 years of age. If married, both spouses must be present. Both participants must attend scheduled site tour with realty sales representative or full price program will be charged.
Reservations: A check or credit card for full amount is due at time of reservation. Extended stays beyond two nights are subject to current non-program pricing and must be specified at time of reservation.
Refunds: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund. Program fee is refundable if property is purchased during visit. Refund will occur at closing. Accommodations fee is refundable if property is contracted during visit.
